Richard T. Seely, 74, of Maine, NY, passed away on March 9, 2011. He is survived by his sisters; Marjorie (Russell) Chopiak, Mary Grace (Sam) Chopiak, his brother, David J. (Elizabeth) Seely, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and his very caring neighbors including Rusty and Ann Marie Vergason. Dick was born July 24, 1936 a son of the late Truman and Dorothy (Mudge) Seely. He was a graduate of Union Endicott High School and proudly served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the American Legion in West Endicott, the Masonic Lodge in Maine and the NRA. Dick was a truck driver for Bonded Freightway and Lopke. He will be remembered as a great neighbor, an avid outdoorsman, a Ford tractor enthusiast and so much more. A private memorial will be shared among family. Those who wish may remember The American Diabetes Assoc., 6390 Fly Rd, 2nd Floor, East Syracuse, NY 13057 in memory of Dick.
