SAMUEL SEELY, 86, of Palm Harbor died Sunday at home. A native of Peekskill, N.Y., he moved to this area in 1994 from Westbrook, Conn. He was a retired professor of electrical engineering, a life member of IEEE and the American Society for Engineering Education, a member of American Physics Society and Unitarian. He is survived by his wife, Helen; a son, Kittridge of Herndon, Va.; a daughter, Martha of Carlisle, Mass.; a brother, Harold Seigal of Oceanside, N.Y.; a sister, Rose Hochberg of Palm Harbor; and three grandchildren. SEELY, SAMUEL, 86, of Palm Harbor, died Sunday (Sept. 17, 1995) at home. He was born in Peekskill, N.Y., and came here last year from Westbrook, Conn. He was a retired professor of electrical engineering and had a doctoral degree. He was listed in Who's Who in America, in Who's Who in the East and in American Men of Science. He was a member of the American Physics Society, the American Society for Engineering Education and the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineering. He was a Unitarian. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Helen; a son, Kittridge, Herndon, Va.; a daughter, Martha Seely, Carlisle, Mass.; a brother, Harold Seigal, Oceanside, N.Y.; a sister, Rose Hochberg, Palm Harbor; and three grandchildren.
