Thelma L. Seely


SEELY, Thelma L. age 91, of Dayton, OH, and formerly of New Lebanon and Washington Court House, OH; passed away peacefully Tuesday night February 9, 2010. Born October 18, 1918 in Sabina, OH, she was a daughter of the late Joseph & Bertha (Mock) Leach. She was a wife, mother and grandmother who worked as a sales person at the Trotwood and Northwest stores for Elder Beerman. Member of the New Lebanon Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband Carl D. Seely on March 30, 1990: son Gary L. Seely on May 21, 2005: and brothers Elmer and Dwight Leach. Survived by sons Kenneth R. Seely & wife Gwen of New Carlisle, OH; and Roy D. Seely & companion Sandy Hruska of Centerville, OH: grandson Craig A. Seely & wife Kirsten of Dayton: great grandchildren Adrianna, Jessamyn and Lillian Seely: sister Beulah Huffman of Washington Court House. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 - 1:00 PM Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria. Funeral services to follow at 1:00 PM. Interment Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
