BELLEVIEW — Wanda S. Seely, 86, died Saturday, July 8, 2006.

Mrs. Seely was born in Culvers Lake, N.J., and moved to Belleview from Andover, N.J., in 1988. She was a homemaker and member of Belleview United Methodist Church, where she was active in the choir, thrift shop, clown ministry, a former Sunday school teacher, ministering to the sick, and Meals-On-Wheels.

Survivors include her husband, Francis “Cap” Ralph, Belleview; daughter, Lynn Marie Good, Andover; son, Mark Alan, Berkeley Heights, N.J.; brother, Ernest Shay, Chiefland; and three grandchildren.

Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Belleview, is in charge of arrangements.
