Winn officiating. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Survived by wife, Beverly (Hess) Seelye; daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn Cardinale of Elmira, Bonnie and Louis Ciarlo of Elmira; 6 grandchildren, Todd, Jason, Julie, Erica, Louis and Amy; brothers, Harold Seelye of Montoursville, PA, Edward Seelye of Pine City, Norman Seelye of Rochester, NY: sisters, Leone Ackerman of Spokane, WA, Florence Wheeler of Clifton Springs, NY, Eleanor Frantz of Clarksvills, VA, Alice Colegrove of Lawrenceville, PA. Arthur was predeceased by his brother, Willard Seelye and a sister, Marjorie Kennedy. He was a member of the VFW, Sayre, PA, retired employee of Facet Enterprises, after 32 years of service and a US Army veteran of WWII.
