Earl Charles Seelye

Earl Seelye rites Thursday

Earl Charles Seelye, 1248 N. Britain Road, died yesterday in a Dallas hospital after a brief illness. He was 55.

A three-year Irving resident, the U.S. Army veteran was a construction worker and a member of Northside Baptist Church.

Arrangements here were handled by Ben F. Brown Funeral Home. Remains were forwarded to Carroll Funeral Home, Bena, Minn., for Thursday services there.

Seelye is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clarice Seelye, Irving; sons, Earl C. Seelye Jr., Casseale, Minn.; and Terry Seelye and Leonard Seelye, both of Irving; a daughter, Mrs. Sandra Sleigh, Irving; four brothers, Irving, Walter, Eugene and Jack Seelye; sisters, Mrs. Irene Kirt and Mrs. Lorraine Maijala; and three grandchildren.
