Mother-in-Law Follows William Powell in Death

Washington, D.C. – Mrs. Josephine Seelye, mother-in-law of the late William Powell, former Wisconsin newspaperman, died here late Saturday after a long illness. Mr. Powell died here last week. His death, caused by heart trouble, preceded that of Mrs. Seelye by three days.

Mrs. Seelye had been an invalid for several months.
