SEELYE, MARLENE SUZANNE
Age 64, of Swartz Creek, died Sunday, October 28, 2012 at Genesys Hospice Care Center. Services will be held 1 PM Friday, November 2, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society . Ms. Seelye was born September 3, 1948 in Flint, the daughter of Walter Scott and Joyce (Hyzer) Martin. She retired from General Motors as an electrician and was a loving mother and grandmother. Surviving are: son, Rick Seelye of Swartz Creek; daughter, Robyn Seelye of Las Vegas, NV; two grandchildren, Eric and Christopher Seelye; mother, Joyce Martin of Clio; three siblings, Michele (Neil) McGhee of Sandford, FL, Michael (Diane) Martin of Cheyenne, WY, Mark (Karen) Martin of Clio; nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Scott Martin.
