SEELYE, CHARLOTTE D., 91, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday (Sept. 25, 1996) at Columbia Northside Medical Center. Born in Cottage Grove, Wis., she came here in 1970 from West Allis, Wis. She was a secretary for the Milwaukee County Bank in West Allis for 15 years. She was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church. Survivors include two daughters, Jacqueline L. Bushey, Norcross, Ga., and Sonya L. Knutson, St. Petersburg; three sisters, Marion Sailing, Viroqua, Wis., Virginia Erb, Sun Prairie, Wis., and Laverna Meisfeld, Clearwater; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
