She was born November 29, 1918 in Nelson, PA, the daughter of Arch & Tressa Ball VanZile. She worked as an Assistant Cashier in the Knoxville Branch of the Pattison National Bank for 13 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Knoxville, PA. She was a homemaker. Survived by daughter, Sara L. Pastrick, Horseheads, NY; daughter & son-in-law, Mary Jane & Anthony Maggitti, RD, Tioga, PA; sister, Phyllis "Susie" Reed, Elkland, PA; grandchildren, John (Lisa) Van Schaick, Tioga, PA, Christopher (Kathy) Van Schaick, Borden, PA, Victor Van Schaick, Borden, PA, Katherine E. (Daniel) Barr, Horseheads, NY, Terry M. Pastrick, Horseheads, NY; niece, Dianna L. (Thomas) Hall, Elmira, NY; 6 grandchildren; 1 great nephew; brother-in-law, Eugene L. Seelye, Knoxville, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth and brother, Paul VanZile & brother-in-law, Calvin "Bill" Reed. A memorial service will be conducted at the convenience of the family.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Kenneth; one brother, Paul VanZile; and brother-in-law, Calvin “Bill” Reed.

Surviving are two daughters and son-in-law, Sara L. Pastrick of Horseheads, N.Y., and Mary Jane and Anthony Maggitti of Tioga; one sister, Phyllis “Susie” Reed of Elkland; grandchildren and their spouses, John and Lisa Van Schaick of Tioga, Christopher and Kathy Van Schaick of Borden, Victor Van Schaick of Borden, Katherine E. and Daniel Barr of Horseheads, N.U., and Terry M. Pastrick of Horseheads, N.Y, one niece and her husband, Dianna L. and Thomas Hall of Elmira, N.Y., six grandchildren; one great-nephew; and brother-in-law, Eugene L. Seelye of Knoxville.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are being handled by the Kenyon Funeral Home, Elkland.
