SEELYE, TEXAS. Seelye was a dispersed rural community in the northeastern corner of Tom Green County. It was probably settled around 1900. The local school had two teachers in 1931 and an attendance of eleven in 1933. By 1960 the school had become part of the Wall Independent School District, and the community no longer appeared on state highway maps.
