W.B. Seeley Dies Suddenly At Age of 55

W.B. Seeley, D.C., 44, died Sunday in his Long Beach home following a heart attack.

Mr. Seeley was a native of Los Angeles, born there May 26, 1915. He attended Los Angeles schools and was a graduate of Ratledge Chiropractic college in Los Angeles. He was licensed as a chiropractor by the State of California.

He practiced many years in Los Angeles and in Porterville prior to starting the operation of health food stores, having one here and one in Buena Park.

Mr. Seeley came to Porterville in 1961. His health food store is located at 143 North Main.

For many years he was a member of the California Chiropractic association.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mildred Seeley of Porterville and Buena Park; his parents Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Hults of Long Beach; a half-brother, John Hults of Long Beach; one half-sister, Mrs. Moby Baugardt of Long Beach.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Motell mortuary on Third street in Long Beach. Services will be in Southern California.

Hults of Long Beach; sister, Jessie Baumgardt, brother, John Henry Hults. Chiropractor in the Los Angeles area for 31 years. He owned and operated the Seeley Heath Foods for the last 10 years. Service Wednesday, 11 a.m. Sunnyside Memorial Park Chapel, directed by Mottell’s Mortuary.
