DEATH LAID TO SUICIDE
Wilsonville Man Despondent Due to Ill Health

Oregon City, Or., Sept. 26, - (Special.) – Suicide was the verdict of Coroner O.A. Pace regarding the death of Elmer E. Seeley, 29 years old, overseas veteran, who was found dead in the woods near Wilsonville, Sunday noon.

A search for Seeley had been on since last Wednesday morning, when he disappeared and his car was found deserted a mile from his home. The body was found by H.C. Krause and Lyle Seeley, brother of the dead man. Seeley had been despondent for some time, due to ill health and it was reported he had been disappointed in a love affair.

Funeral services will be held at 1 o’clock.
