June Carol Seeley – John Henry Viner

Miss Seeley Wed to John H. Viner


Miss June Carol Seeley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Seeley of Athens, was married May 6 to John Henry Viner, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Viner of 217 Fourth Street, in Zion Lutheran Church, Athens with Rev. L.S. Straley officiating.

Mrs. Donald Yale of Fort Ann was matron of honor and Herbert Nopper was best man. Joseph Carey and Staff Sgt. George Lasher were ushers.

The bride wore a white satin gown with a veil falling from a tiara of seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of white roses. The matron of honor was attired in blue taffeta and carried a Colonial bouquet of mixed flowers.

A reception followed at Mountain Top Inn, Athens. The bride is with the Athens Mills and the bridegroom, who attended Troy High School, is in the Army, stationed at Camp Atterbury, Ind.

The couple left on a wedding trip to New York and the bride will reside with her parents while her husband is in the service.
