Seeley – Kelliher Nuptials Are Held

The marriage of Miss Nancy Jane Seeley and Raymond Leroy Kelliher took place Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the First Christian Church.

Their parents are Mr. and Mrs. Raymond M. Seeley, 1930 Browning rd., and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kelliher, 1019 Clymer pl.

The bride’s floor-length gown, of princess lines, had an embroidered bodice and a butterfly back holding the folds of the chapel train. A headdress of chiffon roses, pearls, and tear-drops held her tulle veil. She carried pink Sweetheart roses with ivy.

The bride’s sisters, Miss Judy Seeley and Miss Jeanette Seeley were maid of honor and bridesmaid. They wore ice-blue satin sheaths with chiffon overskirts and matching bow headdresses. They carried pink sweetheart roses, carnations, and lace entwined to form a fan.

Mary Schaffer was miniature bride, and Michael Georgeson, ring bearer.

Brothers of the bridegroom, David J. Kelliher was best man, and Wayne G. Kelliher, groomsman. Another brother, Lawrence G. Kelliher, was organist. He accompanied Albert Shade, soloist.

Raymond Seeley Jr., Richard Harrington, Arnold Jensen, and Ross Parisi ushered.

A reception for 300 was held in the church parlors.

The newlyweds left on a trip to Omaha, Neb., and will live at Offutt Air Force base in Nebraska, where the bridegroom is a map compiler in the Air Force.

The bride is a graduate of the Milwaukee Accredited Beauty Culture School and the Linda Brooks Finishing and Modeling school.
