Miss Helen R. Myers Become Bride of Eugene L. Seeley, Roseville

Hosts of friends will learn with surprise of the wedding of Miss Helen R, Myers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl F. Myers, Roseville, and Eugene L. Seeley, son of Mrs. Clara B. Seeley, Toledo, Iowa, which took place early Saturday morning, November 11.

The ceremony was performed at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip J. Konkle, cousins of the bridegroom, at Mt. Healthy, O., and Mr. and Mrs. Konkle were the attendants. Mr. Seeley’s aunt, Mrs. Emma Konkle witnessed the single ring service which was read by Rev. Ralph W. Koop, Methodist minister of Mt. Healthy. The ring used is one which was worn by the bridegroom’s mother for 45 years.

The bride was becomingly attired in bronze green tailored sheer wool with brown accessories and her should corsage was of gardenias and briarcliff roses, with tie.

Mrs. Konkle wore navy blue sheer wool with white accessories. A lunch was served following the wedding and the young people returned to the city Sunday evening, but did not divulge the fact of their marriage until last night.

The bride is a graduate of Roseville high school and Meredith Business college and for some time has been connected with the First Federal Savings and Loan. She is active in the work of the Roseville Church of Christ of which she is a member. She is also a member of the County Christian Endeavor society.

Mr. Seeley was graduated from the Toledo, Iowa high school and Iowa State college and he is now a ceramic engineer for the W.J. Tycor Pottery company in Roseville.

He and Mrs. Seeley will reside at 832 ˝ Lexington Avenue, where they will be at home after December 1. Until that time, they will reside in Roseville.
