Walton Church Is Setting Of Seeley-Van Loan Rites

WALTON – The Christian and Missionary Alliance Church here was the setting for the nuptials of Willo Joan Van Loan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George VanLoan, this village, and A3/c Gordon L. Seeley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Seeley, also of Walton.

The Rev. Henry T. Roe solemnized the double ring rites. Mrs. Charles Wilson was pianist.

The bride’s mother wore purple taffeta and the bridegroom’s mother chose dark green crepe. Both had corsages of white pompons.

Reginald Seeley, Walton, was his brother’s best man.

A reception for the immediate families was held at the bride’s home.

The bridegroom will return to Chanute Air Force Base, Ill., where his wife will join him in March.
