Leola Seely Weds H.D. Anderson in Salt Lake City

BRIGHAM CITY, June 13. - The marriage of Miss Leola Seely, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.M. Seely of this city, to H. Duane Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. F.E. Anderson of Provo, was solemnized in the Salt Lake City, L.D.S. Temple Friday morning with George F. Richards of the Quorum of Twelve Apostles officiating.

Immediately following the ceremony a breakfast was given at Dick Gunn’s café for members of the two families and a few close friends.

Pink and white snapdragons and sweet peas adorned the table and white candle holders held pink tapers. The bride wore a white tailored suit with yellow blouse and white accessories and a corsage of gardenias and lilies of the valley.

The couple left during the afternoon for an extended tour of the Pacific coast and will return in the fall to make their home in Utah. The bride is a former student at the Utah State Agriculture college and the Brigham Young university, and has been teaching in the Box Elder county schools.

Mr. Anderson is a former student at Snow junior college in Ephraim and the B.Y.U., where he received his M.A. degree. For the past year he has been teaching in the Carbon county high schools. He is a member of the Brigadier social unit.
