Ina Lee Bobbitt, Charles W. Seely Repeat Nuptials

The former Miss Ina Lee Bobbitt is the bride of Charles Wayne Seely and the couple is honeymooning in New Orleans, La. They will reside in Brownfield.

Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Bobbitt of Hallsville, the bride is a graduate of North Texas College where she was a member of Kappa Delta social society, Kappa Delta Pi, honorary educational, and this years was a teacher in the Dallas elementary school system. Mr. Seely is a Texas A&M College graduate where he was president of Petroleum Engineering Club, vice-president of freshman and senior classes and was named to Who’s Who in American College and Universities. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Wayne J. Seely of Rockwell.

First Methodist Church in Hallsville was the setting for the Saturday night wedding which was performed by the Rev. Ed T. Hayes of Dallas. Music was presented by Miss Rebecca Breining and Miss Doris Magrill.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a waltz-length gown of white imported organdy fashioned with portrait neckline and full skirt. The full-length veil of illusion was caught to a scalloped organdy pillbox. She carried a Bible topped with a white orchid and stephanotis.

The bridegroom’s sister, Miss Peggy Ann Seely of Lubbock, was maid of honor. Bridesmaid’s were Misses Elvera Jungbecker of Houston and Janis Bobbitt. Junior bridesmaid was Miss Elaine Bobbitt, sister of the bride.

Joe D. Loftis served as best man and groomsmen were Gordon E. Tate of San Antonio, Frank R. Nicholson and Bill Bass.
