Seeley - Brobst

Miss Cora Brobst became the bride of Raymond B Seely at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. William Brobst near Wilsonville, last Wednesday afternoon. Rev Foster of the Congregational Church officiated. The bride is one of the popular church workers of this vicinity and is active in social affairs of the valley. She is well known. Mr. Seeley who is a graduate of Oregon Agricultural College of the 1910 class is a native of the Tualatin Valley.

The wedding took place on the lawn of the Brobst home. Many beautiful flowers were in evidence and the decorations were exceptionally pleasing. Syringia in clusters were banked about the lawn.

Elmer G Seely brother of the bridegroom was best man and Mary Brobst was bridesmaid. Mrs. F.H Brobst who is a sister of the bridegroom sang "Because" by D'Hardelot. The Menelssohn Wedding March was played.

The bridal party presented a beautiful picture in the unusual nuptial setting. The bride was gowned in white crepe d'chine and carried a huge bouquet of bride's roses. Following a short trip through the valley the young couple returned to their new home in the Wilsonville community
